How to change your life (style) in 90 days?

Week 1: you choose your new lifestyle, and you learn about it. So if you want to get minimalist, you're going to read blogs, books, articles, and you're going to watch documentaries, videos, and series on them.

Week 2 and 3: You will start to take action. You've found that decluttering your home is a common sight in books and videos. So, you decided to start there. You provide yourself with boxes and goodwill, and you begin to remove from your house all that is unnecessary. It will take you more than 2 weeks, but you can already make good progress in two weeks.

Week 3 and 4: You start by integrating another action towards this lifestyle. For example, you realize that digital minimalism can be interesting for you. It's true, you waste a lot unnecessarily scrolling the news feed of social networks. So you start doing a media diet and adopting a screen-free day.

Week 6 and 7: You set up another action. As minimalism comes down to focusing on the essentials and simplifying your life, then you decide to take another action: reduce your circle of acquaintances. You realize that when you see certain people, they suck your energy from you. And you come out more tired after seeing them than before. You decide to let go of this relationship.

Week 8 and 9: You continue with another action. In your case, you decided to save your time. Already, by spending more time behind a screen, seeing only people who inspire you and decluttering your house, you have saved several dozen hours each week. But you realized that you were doing activities that you didn't like to do anymore. Kinds of bogus obligations. Same, you sorted it out.

Week 10, 11 and 12: You consolidate your achievements. You continue to simplify your life and focus on the essentials. You eat better, wake up earlier, work in a job you like and enjoy your life to the fullest. You are no longer burdened with pressure, stress and false obligations. On the contrary, you have time ahead of you, energy and a large amount of money. You are proud to come home at night, and even, you are no longer ashamed when you receive unexpected guests. Your cupboards are no longer overflowing, and you can find your items easily and quickly.

This is how, in 90 days, your lifestyle has completely changed
